Chuck Williams

Chief Charles “Chuck” Williams serves as the Chief of Police for the Belle Meade Police Department. A graduate of the Tennessee Law Enforcement Training Academy in 2003, he has dedicated more than 22 years to law enforcement, serving in a variety of roles including Officer, Field Training Officer, General Departmental Instructor, Sergeant, Investigator, Lieutenant, and now Chief of Police.

Chief Williams holds both an associate and bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Bethel University. He is a graduate of the Chief Executive Leadership Development Program and, in 2023, earned the Level Four Leadership Certificate of Excellence from the Tennessee Association of Chiefs of Police (TACP).
