TACP District 7 Meeting

TACP is launching the TACP Road Show, a targeted outreach initiative designed to support chiefs and executive leadership as part of TACP’s enhanced Recruitment and Retention Plan.

The Road Show will bring TACP leadership directly to select districts across the state to connect with chiefs, share available association resources, and discuss professional development, training opportunities, and advocacy efforts that benefit agencies of all sizes. These visits will also provide an opportunity for chiefs to share feedback on recruitment and retention challenges facing their departments.

By engaging directly with executive leadership, TACP aims to strengthen partnerships, better align services with agency needs, and ensure chiefs have the tools and support necessary to build and sustain a strong workforce.
